Nonprofit Board Service
Like in my service to academe, my service within the community is predicated on my personal commitment to promote social justice, equity, and inclusion. I invest my time, energy and expertise in community-based organizations whose missions support that commitment. That said I choose often to do service that reflects and enhances my research, practice, and teaching interests. In short I see my community service as an extension of my research and scholarship and a clear manifestation of personal commitment to promote social justice, equity, and inclusion.
